Memorable Photography Service
We aim to make each memory personal to the child that we are supporting, from how and where we capture their memory, right down to the personalisation of the memory book or video. We empower children, encouraging them to focus on their amazing qualities and achievements.

Memorable Photoshoot Criteria
We prioritise memory making on a case by case basis, responding to families who need urgent support first, then making bookings for other children at a time that's convenient for the family. JUMP's photographers are all DBS checked for your peace of mind. Please allow a minimum of 4-6 weeks for us to produce and post your child's USB, memory book or video.
Can we support your child?
We accept referrals to support children & young adults (aged 1-18) who have a life limiting or terminal illness.

Location Requirements
We support children in the North West of England and in the Clwyd county of Wales. We are a small North West based Charity, unfortunately we don't offer support across the UK at present.

Who can submit a referral?
Anyone can refer a child for our support. Parents, carers, extended family, play therapists, community nurse etc.
