Can we support your child?

JUMP support children and young people all across the North West of England and in the Clwyd county of Wales.  We aim to make each memory personal to the child that we are supporting, from how and where we capture their memory, right down to the personalisation of the memory book or video. We empower children, encouraging them to focus on their amazing qualities and achievements. We also host Family Memorable Days, where children and young people with a life limiting condition and their families come together for a day of fun, whilst our photographer naturally captures precious moments for families to look back on and remember with a smile.

Have a look at the referral check list. If you feel your child meets our criteria, please complete a referral form, which can either be downloaded from this page and emailed to, or simply click the 'Submit an online referral here' button below.

We prioritise memory making on a case by case basis, responding to families who need urgent support first, then making bookings for other children at a time that's convenient for the family.

All of JUMP's photographers are DBS checked for your peace of mind.

Once we've received your referral, our Community Development Manager, Harriet, will be in contact to make all the necessary arrangements.

Please allow a minimum of 4-6 weeks for us to produce and post your child's USB, memory book or video.

We accept referrals to support children & young adults (aged 0-21) who have a life limiting or terminal illness.
