Our Team.... J-U-M-P wouldn't be where it is today if wasn't for the passion and commitment of our team. All the referral consultations, fund raising and capturing those unique memories are all done through the hard work of volunteers in keeping to our mission to capture unique and special memories for children challenged by life limiting health conditions.
