Our Charity..... J-U-M-P is a unique Children’s Charity who provides a personalised professional photography service to capture positive and special images for children that are challenged by life limiting health conditions. We offer a range of media services to families including DVD, video and photo, Photo album or book by providing a professional photographer to their home or at an outing and record special events such as Birthday Parties, being a Bridesmaid, Christenings. These unique memories are captured forever and presented to the child and their family in pictures or film

Our Inspiration..... Like many charities, the story of J-U-M-P has an emotional start; the charity was created in memory of a unique and remarkable little boy called Jacob Hawthorn. J-U-M-P was born from the idea of capturing those special memories of children that face health limitations so their family can cherish them forever.
